Notice that you can choose one of two facilities:
Associates in Surgery and Gastroenterology, Concord (Concord, NH) or:
Community Health Services, Hartford (Hartford, CT)

It does not matter which one of these facilities you choose here. However if your practice consists of two different sites with different physicians and different schedules, then it is important to chose the proper site.

When you sign in, you will have signed in as a physician whose name is Dr. Bradley. You will be able to enter and remove patient records from view, enter and remove progress notes (if they are not locked), enter and delete appointments and enter photographs. You will be able to add scanned documents and fax documents to the site. This will enable you to test all of the features of FreeMED.  Please leave the site the way you found it.  If you would like to return to this site and have it appear the way you would like it, please create you own login and password.
